Yes, I am still catching up on last year’s tasks. (Something that didn’t make it onto the 2010 version of my New Year’s Resolutions, I might add.)
Above is my first experiment with making mustard. I made a half-batch of the mustard described here, using a little turmeric.
Now the real experimentation begins! Different mustard seeds and spices . . . honey . . . toasting the seeds? Hmm. I’ll let you know what turns out tasty.
